What we collect
For each email you choose to track: a random tracker ID, the time you sent it, the subject and recipient addresses (shown to you in your history), and the times it was opened or its links were clicked, with how each open was detected (for example, through Gmail's or Apple's image proxy). If you sign in we receive your name and email address from Google.
We never collect or store the body of your emails, your inbox, emails you receive, your contacts, calendar or files.
How we use it
Only to show you when your emails were opened or clicked, send you the notifications you turned on, run your account and billing, and keep the service secure. We do not sell data, show ads, or use your data to train models.
Google user data
TrackMy.Email's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Chrome extension requests no access to your Google account.
Retention and deletion
Free plans show the last 7 days of history; all open and click events are deleted after 400 days. You can delete your account and all of its data at any time from the dashboard, or by writing to support@trackmy.email.
